Yoga At Blue Grass
Yoga at Blue Grass is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
In each of our instructor-led courses you’ll experience gentle stretching, guided breathing, quiet relaxation, and simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints.
Yoga will improve balance and coordination, strengthen ankles, legs, and back muscles, and will help you regain flexibility and build core strength.
We do offer chair yoga for those who cannot get up and down from the floor unassisted.
Five week sessions are $40 and single sessions are $12.
The first class begins Wednesday, November 11th at 7pm in the Gym at our Chapel Campus located at 14240 Petersburg Road, Evansville.
Social distancing will be observed and masks are optional.
