COVID Precautions For Worship

Rev. Doug Heiman   -

As we’ve begun worshiping in-person at our Main Campus once again, we’ve put in place a variety of precautions to help promote health and wellness for our congregation. If you’d like to know each of the steps being taken, you can go HERE to read our full Reopening Plan.

One area of particular attention is our policy regarding masks in worship.

In recent days, the Governor of Indiana has issued a statewide mask mandate.

Though the statewide mask mandate does not apply to our facilities, we do seek to respect and observe the spirit of the mandate. To that end, while face coverings may not be strictly required, they are strongly recommended.

As Christ-followers, we choose to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of one another as we participate in practices to stop the spread of COVID-19. A small supply of masks may be available if needed.

Additionally, mask-required seating is available in the Hospitality Room (RMS 1001-1005) at our Main Campus during each of our on-campus worship services.

We want to do everything we can to make you feel welcome and safe as we continue to return to in-person worship, and look forward to seeing you again in worship at Blue Grass Church!
