Yoga at Blue Grass is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
In each of our instructor-led courses you’ll experience gentle stretching, guided breathing, quiet relaxation, and simple movements to increase range of motion of the major joints.
Yoga will improve balance and coordination, strengthen ankles, legs, and back muscles, and will help you regain flexibility and build core strength.
Yoga at Blue Grass is a coed group of adults practicing together for health benefits. Classes are one hour in length.
The cost is $48 for the 6 week session. Classes meet Wednesdays at 7:15pm in the Gym at our Chapel Campus, located at 14240 Petersburg Road. Our next session will begin on Wednesday July 18th. Pre-registration is required.
