Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is for beginning and continuing students. The focus is on basic poses, breath and alignment and is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is placed on building awareness of the breath and the body.

Gentle yoga is practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. This class is recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and a restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. No previous yoga experience is required.

Classes will meet Wednesdays at 7:15pm from August 9th through September 13th at our Main Campus.
