Are you looking for a way to get more activity during these cold, winter days? Strength training class (circuit training) is a great way to get active.
The objectives of circuit training are to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. A typical circuit training workout includes about 8 to 10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station.
This 1 hour class is at your own pace!
