Gentle Chair Yoga

Join us for Gentle Chair Yoga!

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Studies have shown that gentle yoga and meditation may result in short term increase in dopamine levels, visible reduction in tremors, improvement in steadiness of gait, mobility, flexibility and quality of life, alleviation of anxiety,  fatigue, and depression, as well as possible increased energy, reduced stress, and improved sleep.

Certified Yoga Instructor Brenda Latham, will lead our class that will meet from 7:15-8:15pm starting Wed., April 5th.

The cost is $48 for this 6 week class.

To sign up, go HERE. You can make your $48 payment by check at the Welcome Desk at our Main Campus, or mail it to the Blue Grass Church Office. Once your payment is received, you will be fully registered for the class.
