Eating Smart And Moving More

Beginning March 1st, we will be offering the Faithful Families Eating Smart and Moving More classes for adults.

This 9 week class will offer meal planning, shopping strategies, healthy recipes, hands-on cooking techniques, physical activity ideas and lively discussion about how our faith and our health are connected.

The classes will meet in the Chapel Campus Kitchen on Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm. Class size is limited to 20 participants so go HERE to register today!
