A Little Bit Of Fit

A little bit of cardio. A little bit of strength. A little bit of balance. And a whole lot of fun!

This low impact, joint-friendly class will help increase flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

Bring yourself a towel, some water, and a set of hand weights.

This one hour class begins on Wednesday, February 19th at 6pm in the Gym at our Chapel Campus.
